Nickels

Nickels (Five Cent Coins) have been in production since 1866 and were originally made from nickel alloy. This composition gave nickels excellent strength, strong resistance and protection against corrosion.

There are many different types of Nickel designs, with some of the most notable as Buffalo Nickels and Shield Nickels. Nickels are great coins to add to your coin collection, because of their role in American history.
